9:00 – 9:30                Introduction, warm up, group splits overview
9:30 – 10:00               Get demo equipment, wax for classic, group split
10:00 – 12:00            Clinic with coaches (Skate or Classic technique)
12:00 – 1:00               Lunch provided - Catamount Lake House Restaurant
1:00 – 1:30                 Get demo equipment, group split
1:30 – 3:30                 Clinic with coaches (Skate technique)
3:30 – 4:30                 Wax clinic with Ski Haus, Toko, Swix
4:00 – 5:30                Presentation by Central Cross Country (CXC) Athletic Director Yuri Gusev Happy hour; Prize drawing

Sunday Dec 15– Steamboat Ski Touring Center
8:30 – 9:00                Check in & get your video analysis time
9:00 – 9:30                Intro to day, Get Demo Equipment, wax for classic, group split
9:30 – 11:30               Clinic with coaches & Video analysis (1/2 groups) Skate or Classic technique
12:00 – 12:45             Lunch provided – Steamboat Ski Touring Center
12:45 – 1:15                Get demo equipment, group split
1:15 – 3:30                 Clinic with coaches /Video analysis (1/2 groups). Skate technique.
3:30 – 4:00                Wrap up

Both morning and afternoon clinics will offer coaching for both classical and skate technique.  It’s your choice to choose the technique you would like to work on at each session.  We encourage skiers to try both classic and skate technique.  If you plan to clinic in both techniques we will classic in the AM and skate in the PM.   Classic clinics will be offered in the pm for those participants who are not skating throughout the weekend.  Thanks to our fantastic industry representatives, complimentary demo equipment will be available for both skate and classical technique throughout the weekend.
